The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious start to the day.
While the room was clean and comfortable, it was on the smaller side, which is common in Japan's hotels.

The place is nicely appointed and clean, deserves higher than a 3-star rating. The staff are welcoming and the breakfast is wonderful. The setting is great, with easy access to restaurants and metro stations, including the "Tameike-Sanno" Metro station in a busy area. It's worth staying here and exploring the Minato district.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a great area, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and conveniently located near the metro. the hotel offered an onsen on the third floor, and there was a convenient store on the ground floor. The rooms were also very clean.
The room was a bit cramped and small, which is probably typical for downtown Tokyo hotels. , the public bath could often be crowded, especially during peak hours, making it difficult to find space for a shower.
